    HR & Administration Manager


    Our client from the Sports and Recreation industry is looking to hire an HR and Administration Manager to be based in Qatar.

    Key responsibilities

    Recruitment:

    • Ensure the process of recruitment to fill vacancies for various departments/divisions is closed in a timely and effective manner.
    • Liaises with consultants from time to time to gather feedback and share information to build the company's image.
    • Oversee the management of the recruitment team and at time, support in closing offers for senior staff including closing their compensation etc.
    Payroll:
    • Liaise with Finance and the ERP to provide accurate information on employee salary ranges, allowances and leave balance for a smooth operation of the payroll.
