    Receptionist/Office Manager


    Financial Company looking to hire young and dynamic person on the position of receptionist/office manager.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    - Receive, direct and relay e-mails, telephone messages and fax messages
    - Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring enquiries.
    - Assist in planning & preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls.
    - Preparing letters, presentations and reports.
    - Managing filing systems.
    - organizing the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment.
