    Multi-Discipline Inspector

    Reports to: Functionally to QA/QC Coordinator and hierarchically to Project / Asset Quality Leads

     Comply with Company HSE standards and lifesaving rules. Reinforce the Company HSE requirements to the colleagues / Sub-contractors / Construction Contractors.
     Assist Project Engineers, CSRs, Construction Supervisors & static equipment Inspectors in all construction inspection activities, i.e. mainly in welding, NDE, testing, coating & painting, welding procedures and welder qualifications, independent quality integrity verification and documentation (test packs & quality plans) reviews & approval.
     Review detailed quality and manufacturing plans for each order and confirm key quality control items and hold points including NDT and fabrication procedures
     Monitor implementation of Construction Contractor's quality control plans / ITPs, procedures and work instruction. Verify Construction Contractor's records of calibration, inspection & test equipment.
     Ensure that the welding activities carried out by construction and maintenance Contractors are performed to the Company standards, specifications and Contract / PO requirements
     Witnessing of welding procedure qualification tests to the Company's specification including hydrostatic testing operations
     Witness welders qualification, issue respective cards and maintain qualification records
     Conduct routine surveillance, inspections on the activities involving welding, painting, materials, bend's dimensional inspection, etc., including witness/review NDE / Hydrostatic testing results and review of test packs. Produce inspection reports.
     Assist and or participate in quality & HSE audits and other inspection as applicable.
     Monitor /report fabrication includes; welding performance; material review; NDT report review; radiographic film review; dimensional checks; witness hydro-tests; verify painting quality; review test packs, equipment. Witness hold and witness points as per the plan
     Maintain adequate files on all inspection issues and administer the Non - Conformance Reports until resolution, completion and acceptance.
     Ensure that the status of the works is known, documentation is prepared and information provided to the Company Site Representative on completed work and all quality aspect of the works.
     Carry out regular verification inspections and report on these. Witness and/or monitor the hydrostatic testing. Raise Non-Conformance and rejection/acceptance/release of materials delivered to the works.

    Duties and Responsibilities

     Responsible for the organization of the construction project(s) on the site, which would be performed by local or international Construction Contractors.
     Supervise the construction supervision / inspection team and ensure that work is carried out in accordance with the agreed Quality / Health / Safety and Environmental standards and plans, through monitoring and inspection.
     Involve in preparation of Construction Execution Plan for the project.
     Review the construction procedures submitted by the construction Contractor and advise any applicable comments.

     Support Project Team to ensure that the Project deliverables meet defined quality targets.
     Ensure that status of progress, Safety and Quality is known at all times and provide progress reporting to the Coastal Project Engineer on a daily basis.
     Liaise with other relevant Company disciplines and departments, such as Operations, Corrosion Engineering, Safety, Medical, Area Project Teams, etc. and other Contractors on the site, throughout the duration of the construction, regarding project matters and interfaces.
     Act as Company focal point to the Construction Contractor in the case of emergency, carry out accident investigations and reporting and take care of the post-accident follow-up and implementation of remedial action.
     Assist in safety / quality investigations and audits when required.
     Promote quality / safety awareness throughout the organization, emphasizing excellence, continual improvement and corrective action to influence the overall success of the projects.
     Assist the Project Team in the preparation and completion of the project close-out at the completion of the project and review with the Construction Contractor their performance.
     Support implementation of Flawless Project Delivery (FPD).
     Compile and submit Project Dash Board data to Project.
     Help establishing and support the Project Lessons Learned process.
